TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!

I don't even think they deserve a rating of 1, it's too high for the terrible service received. I place an oder and chose cash as my payment method. When the order was ready and with the driver, he sent a message on the app which I responded to immediately and Thereafter he gave me a missed call and I called back immediately. He advised that he was lost so I proceeded to give him directions which he chose not to follow and cancelled my order. The instructions were given to him telephonically and on the app. Now the app says that I am owing the full amount for an order I didn't receive which was cancelled by their *********** driver which is ridiculous. I will not pay the amount owing for something I didn't receive. Will never use uber eats again. Mr D is my preferred app and I will stick to them. They are professional and service is always good
