TERRIBLE DELIVERY GUYS

I ordered food at Roco Mamas on the Uber Eats app and the delivery guy fetched it from Roco Mamas and drove to the next road which he sat for 10 minutes and then said I received my order WHEN I DID NOT. It says I can get a refund on the app but that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience and the terrible and dishonest delivery people being hired by Ubereats
