Terrible delivery and they only have 1 job

I ordered a meak on 27/02/2025 at 18:45 and it was accepted at the restaurant. After waiting for more than an hour, the driver cancels on me, uber finds another delivery driver but 5 minutes later they cancel my order just like that????!!!! At 19:55 they tell me to restart the whole process over and there's nothing they can do
