Terrible Customer Services

I am highly disgusted in your support team. I explained my issue 3 times and every-time the agents did not understand and closed my query. I had a credit on my account that I app**** a meal purchase. However when the purchase went through I was billed the full amount and the credit never app****. Even tough my slip shows the credit app**** my bill was charged in full. You support team are rude and arrogant and refuse to hear out the issue and deny the query. Utterly disgusted in Uber Eats and will be taking my services else where.
