TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SUCH A BIG ORGANIZATION(Ubereats)!!!😟😕😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered and after their driver(Norman) called to ask us to meet him half way(this was in the evening late) he then turned back...we had no choive but to cancel the order during our interaction uber eats said they would partially refund us after back and forth they aknowledged it was a fault on their side no communication what so ever regarding the rufund that was on their side,no action taken against their driver...very disappointin its been over a month definately the opposite great customer service very saddened by this after taking money from my account without delivering on their promise
