Terrible Customer service

I was charged for a meal I never received. The driver told me the address was out of his way and he is not coming where I was. Reported on customer services on the app. Got feedback after 2days after blowing up the app that my issue has been resolved and I will be refunded. Haven’t received my refund to date. It has been 3months.
