Terrible customer service

This buisness does not even deserve a single star!

On March 16 I placed two orders on the ubereats app as we had guests. One order was for a pizza and the second order was for ice-cream that the little children wanted.

The pizza arrived cold and the ice-cream was melted and leaking. Due to the fact that I had guests I had to pop the pizza in the oven and freeze the ice-cream.

I brought this to the attention of ubereats, after sending me multiple automated messages, they have closed the chat and mentioned there is nothing that can be done. This is terrible customer service
