Terrible business model and customer service

The Uber eats application is terrible and the drivers are worse and the customer agents are the worst.

I submitted an order and not asked for an address since I had received previous orders at the correct address. The driver went to incorrect address and then cancelled the order , the customer agent which this was reported to rudley ended the chat and left it there. Better off using Mr Delivary. Such stupidity doesn’t happen there. I hope the driver gave the food to the needy atleast , If not I hope he chokes on that food
