Terrible after sale service

Numerous times we would order drinks with our food, and the drinks never arrive. It was R35 for a can of Coke. When I logged a query with Uber, they processed a refund for R10 and closed the case. When questioning this, I received an automated response that they have attended to the query already and that the case will now be closed. Shocking service and not worth the massive markup you pay on the products.
