Terribe drivers and even more terrible service

Terrible delivery service from UberEats, the driver made no attempts at effective communication and instead of allowing me to try to get to him, he decides to ***** the food and leave me with the charge instead, I never got my food and the only thing as terrible as their drivers is their customer service, I have been waiting for hours for one of their representatives to get back to me so I can at least salvage my money and try to get food somewhere else but I have been left hanging
