Tampered Food Package send back - UberEats No Response to refund

I placed an order with UberEATS - MCD Mall of Africa on the 27th of Nov - Once the driver arrived, I gave my code, and he entered. Upon collecting the food, I noticed that the package was NOT SEALED and opened and the poor quality of the food therein. Due to safety reasons, I refused to take the package and requested they replace or refund. The Driver "Charity" took the food and said he will come back. Since then, I logged a complaint with UberEATS in order to get this resolved, as I have paid for these items, but did not receive it as the driver took this back. Useless, as no-one has contact me no responded to the online complaint submission. This order was placed on the 27th at 13:10 MCD. Driver Charity. By the way as per the picture of the driver on UberEATS - it reflected a Female - a Male delivered this order. I expect a refund for non-delivery.
