Talking to a Ubereats ghost

It is impossible to get in contact with them about a transaction issue! How they are able to take money from my account when no one time pin was asked... 2 orders received- 3 payments went off my card... how does that make sense??? Also not sure if it is Ubereats or Debonairs in charge of the APP but my order status was NEVER confirmed, so I made a double order because I did not receive confirmation from 1st order... tried to call... "Ubereats is not available right now"... had to pay BOTH... will NEVER use this again!!!
