******** by UberEats drivers

<p>My husband and I have used UberEats twice, and both times have had the worst possible experience with them...</p> <p>First Time:</p> <p>The first time we ordered, my husband was unaware that his credit card was linked to the UberEats service (he uses Uber drivers regularly for business), so as he went down and paid the driver, his credit card was charged - the driver said NOTHING and drove off with a R400 TIP!</p> <p>Second Time:</p> <p>The second time we ordered, the driver collected our food, and closed the trip, causing his credit card to be charged... the kicker here is that the driver NEVER DELIVERED, when we tried to contact him, he had already turned his phone off! We tried calling UberEats, and the restuarant! Finally the guys from Uber in Singapore phoned my hubby to say that they would refund him for the meal (Sushi for almost R350), but never did, and have never followed up.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been the longest time since wwe have received such terrible service and I can PROMISE YOU that we will never ever use UberEats.<br /><br />Extremely dissappointed! </p>
