Sushi delivered in a jumble of rice and mush

<p>Ubereats delivery experience is not where it should be. They delivered our sushi in Cape Town, and the entire box was upside down and looked like it had all exploded! Inedible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reponse from Uber was:</p> <p> </p> <p>"I'm really sorry to see the condition your order arrived in, Amanda. I can totally appreciate your disappointment here ... </p> <p> </p> <p>Sadly we cannot provide a refund or compensation for this order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note your feedback has not gone unnoticed and it has been forwarded onto the relevant teams to review and action accordingly. I hope you will give UberEATS another try in the near future. I would be really optimistic in saying your next experience will be much better."</p> <p> </p> <p>We won't be using them again.</p>
