Recently placed an order on Uber Eats for colleagues @ a hospital after our staff transport was in accident. Only to be informed today that they never received the order .

I’m trying to find out on your stupid support section what happened to the food/deliver but the Automated response I get is that it’s two days later and they don’t care anymore ..

Like the support function gives you an automated response without considering the fact that you actually need to converse with a human that is gonna better understand the situation
