Support is a dirty word

Ordered and selected cash. Driver had no change and asked if I could pay on next order. Which I tried to do but my account was not allowed to complete order thus include payment left by driver. Support is useless with generic responses and still has not addressed it. Out of frustration paid via card which inconvenient as cash was here! Step up Support
