Sucky service in Greenstone

I ordered McFlurrys through this service... it’s been an hour. The Estimated Delivery Time keeps going up by 10 minutes. This has happened 4 times now. Why don’t you reject an order instead of having people hang about and worry that you’ll charge them for your mistakes. I’m not impressed at all. Imagine waiting over an hour for ice cream. Just cancel my damn order.
