Subject: Disgraceful Service – Food Not Delivered

I am utterly shocked and disgusted by the recent experience I had with Uber Eats. I ordered food that was never delivered, yet the driver falsely marked it as delivered. On top of that, the driver refused to answer my calls and displayed unprofessional behavior throughout.

It seems like this practice of drivers marking orders as delivered without actually delivering the food is becoming more common, and it’s unacceptable. Uber Eats needs to address this issue immediately. This type of service is disgraceful.
