Stupid Uber driver

I ordered KFC today, and the driver delivered my order @ the wrong address and the guts of the driver: Simbarashe left the order at the gate of the wrong address, and even **** that he could not get hold of me.

While I was on the line with him and he stated he will return my order at the store while he has the audecity to leave my order at the gate and send me the picture of it, he left my food at the wrong address, how come as you need to produce the pin when the driver delivers food, but no he just left the food.

And I reported to Uber and they only refunded me the cash amount but not the R100 discount that I had when I ordered.

How do you deliver food without the pin and leave the food at the door step @ the wrong address.
