Struggling to find my refund from ubereats

Yesterday 10/12/2020 I ordered three items from galitos via ubereats. Items was costing R318.50 which they deducted from my account but I received one item from the ubereats driver.the item was R38, the remaining amount they didn't refund me back. The driver told me to write an email so I did as he instructed but then they told me that they gonna refund me R6 out of my R280.5. What I want is my full refund from ubereats. I need hellopeter to help me get my refund back since I got bad service from ubereats.Cause I even to platinum park galitos to complain but then the manager told me that they don't work with ubereats
