Stop supporting UberEats

On the 11th of October I ordered food from KFC Maponya Mall via UberEast and I didnt receive my order. I then drove to KFC to investigate, the manager told me that Ubereats drivers have a habit of not delivering orders especially month end. When I asked her why dont the stop doing business with them, she said she has suggested and have reportong the matter to KFC head office for month now. Furthermore, she said from customer investigations, they discovered that the use false profiles.

Nevertheless, from previous reviews I can tell that Ubereats is not interested monitoring drivers and improving service. Thus, South Africans we need to stop supporting UberEats. We don't such immoral and disrespectful businesses in our communities.
