****** Uber Eats and they have the worst service

We waited nearly 1 hour and then another driver Accepted the order so I had to google restaurant number to call as Uber has no contact at all except stupid FAQ help. The restaurant said a driver had picked up food 10 min ago but app said new driver still to accept it. So waiting for 3 hours for my delivery and then it got cancelled and told that some Uber driver stole my order and then cancelled it and got free food. Only in Africa can your uber eats be ******. And the response from uber is nothing but a message for a refund.

Eventually a driver messages me saying the first driver already took the food and my order gets cancelled. Impossible to followup to find out what happened, no phone number to call, nothing.
