Still waiting for my refund since 30 Aug 2024

I really love using Uber Eats but they once said I ordered food and it was delivered, out of working hours late at night. After I reported the issue, the came back to me and said they'll refund me back, they never did.

I waited and waited, till today, still waiting for my refund.
