Still Waiting

I place an order at 12:20. The delivery was due at 13:10. It is now 14:37 and I am still waiting. I have tried to get in touch via the app but no one replies. The order has left but the tracking/delivery time keeps going up and down. One minute it says 1min eta and then it says 9min eta. I have been waiting over two hours for 1 wrap. Pathetic service!
