*****ing money from customers

I am so disappointed and angry at the people that are employed by uber eats, we ordered food through the app and thought the money did not go off from our bank account, when the driver came we paid him for the food when he left and we checked the account it showed that money was taken from the account.. The uber driver didn't even say anything and still asked for the money which was paid to him he still had the odasity to ask for a tip, I am trying call uber eats to refund the money that was taken or to obtain the money back that was given to the driver... This guy was so dishonest how can we trust uber eats if their employees are taking money from people without saying it has been paid for... The driver name was calixte...
