They ***** your money. A order was placed on the 22nd of February, by accident. The order declined due to no funds available. They then proceeded to say that the order cannot be placed as the payment didnt go off. Today, 2 weeks later they debit my account for the order, after speaking to customer care they told us they cannot reverse it as the order is older than 24hours, but how can they debit me for an order placed 2 weeks ago. They can refund me as the debit order only went off today. Day light ******* honestly *****ing the peoples money, and it is not the 1st time so I can imagine how many this has happened to.
