***** my money to enrich themselves

Good day

Uber eats is refusing to refund my money. On the 20 Dec 2019 I placed an order. The order never arrived. I called and requested assistance with this order multiple times on the App and via the call center. Last week when I placed an order they charged me for an order that did not arrive and the response is "unfortunately we cannot refund you as you placed the order more than 48 hours ago" meanwhile they take my money.
