STAY AWAY FROM UBER EATS

On the 26th of July we ordered lunch food from Pedro's through Uber eats. Our luck we received the driver Andile with the wrong telephone number. so today it's the 8th of August, still awaiting our food, refund should have been done by now. now correspond from them, they have my order as "refund" but i have not received a cent from them. So luckily this was my very first order ever... and definitely the very last order.

I will not recommend Uber Eats to ANYBODY - they are a bunch of ******. They are quick to take your money but no feedback on your refund... and then they keep the 12rand tip for the driver... shooot I haven't seen or hear from the freaking driver. After the driver stole our food and just never pitched... we placed an order directly with Pedro's and collected the order just to "save" like over 100 rand on our order.... UberEATS will never receive an order from me and the 3 ladies who still awaits their lunch....
