stay away from uber and uber eats, ******** are hacking their platform and they are protecting them

Yesterday 25 aug 2021, my account was debited R270,69 (and R288 which declined because of my R500 online card purchase limit) by uber eats, i was so surprise b'cause i didn't order anything at all, i contacted uber immediately they said my account is linked to an account used by Sbongile (whom i don't even know) in cape town and they cannot disclose any information about this. ******** are able to get our bank card details from uber and use it for online purchases, when cards are linked to different account the card holder should be notified to approve the payment but on this case money just go out !, i'm advising people to stay away from uber and uber eats when your money gets stollen through their platforms they are not willing to help at all, if i didn't set the limit i was gonna be in depression now.
