Stay away from bargain liquors on uber eats

I placed an order on the uber eats platform for alcohol with bargain liquors. The order amount was R340. I placed this order on the 5 June 15h15. The order never arrived not once did anyone try to call me about this order. I tried calling many times but straight to voice mail. I honestly feel like I got ****** on this platform. When I requested help from uber eats about this terrible experience they rep****, we have reviewed the situation and will not refund me. How is this legal.
