Starving the customer

This is the third time I have ordered from UberEats and food either doesn't arrive or as happened yesterday, I had to drive 9km to meet the delivery dude and get the parcel!! They have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO ABILITY to solve your problem. The robot gives standard responses which don't deal with problems and the human agent also simply affords standard responses. NO ABILITY to deal with a challenge. No number to call! Just pathetic. Last you hear from me! Stick to taxi services!
