Soaked Food

Im being refused a refund, because your driver spilled the drink of my meal on my food.... I want a refund of my money because how did the driver or your workers expect me to eat food that was soaked in cooldrink. I also can't be refused my refund as I did not eat the food nor did I take the food because it was inedible, in addition I didnt take the meal and told the driver to take it back to the restaurant. This needs to be taken further and I need the contact details to take this further because it's not like it was R5 being spend.
