Sneaky *******

I am so sick and tired of this! I have complained multiple times and still no change has been made. Ubereats is a sneaky sneaky company! This is the 3rd time that the app has taken a tip hours, sometimes days after the order has been complete! I merely want to review the restaurants. There is absolutely no prompt that tells you that they are about to deduct more money from your account. The worst part is that the tip they decide on is usually a LARGE amount, not 10%. They just tipped R80 on a R200 order, tell me how amazing your waiters service must be for such a tip nevermind your driver. I would much rather tip them in cash than allow ubereats to ***** my money. I have emailed multiple times but the answer is always “tip can only be edited up to 1 hour after the order is complete” then please for f sake tell me why they are allowed to ***** a tip from my account 10 days after the order!!!!!!!!
