Slow to respond on issues

I ordered food in Uber EATS, tracked the driver on the app. 2min later I see my order saying it has been delivered and I am still waiting for the call from my gate.

As I try to see if I can find the driver to ask him where he delivered my food as I am still waiting. The guy is screaming and talking on top of me, telling me how he has been looking for me for 30min.I tried asking him where he was looking as he's clearly lost. He was so rude!!!

He hung up on me and I tried lodging a complaint on the app, the app is so slow to assist. I am hungry and waiting for my food, no one is there to assist you at that point.

Please refund me my R300 so I can delete your app in peace and leave you with your disrespectful and rude drivers.
