Sloppy customer service, Ewww

I ordered a meal on Wednesday and a meal on Thursday night.. I did not receive the food for Wednesday and was informed that i will not get the food or the R555 odd I spent.

Thursday night I ordered again and again did not receive my food or money back.

What value does Uber and Uber Eats add to this country, or are they just making use of the chaos that is already going on. I DONT KNKW WHY THEY Brought them to SA. I'm using Bolt effective immediately:)

I will now delete both apps. No wonder most use Mr. DELIVERY...
