Sicking for help

i placed an order from ubber eats on Tuesday evening ,the the driver get lost ,we're communicating on the app i ask him to take my order back to the restaurants but nooo ,he decided to left my order on the street and pitty i didn't even get the order ,i spend almost R400 on that order , the next day i got a cal from some call cetre claiming to resolve my matter but noo they're stilling money from my bank accounts 😭😭😭Im here to ask help from hellopeter
