Shoul we trust uber eats???

I paid orders I never received twice, tried contacting uber eats support for assistance but all they kept saying is "the driver followed our policy" I asked them to share the policy that says uber drivers can just drop deliveries in the middle of nowhere even if there's instructions provided for the driver. I am convinced that drivers are taking.g a picture of deliveries dropped in the middle of nowhere and then take the orders for themselves. I have got proof for everything(screenshots) of conversations and calls. Please help me
