Short Steers (Bayswater-Bloemfontein) from UberEats

I made and order at through uber eats for the following: 1. 1/4 Chicken for R75.90 2. Big Bacon King Steer Burger for R104.90 and a total amount of R190.80 was deducted from my account

My order was short of the following: Big Bacon King Steer Burger for R104.90

The uber driver Chisom who called me using phone number *** told me to call Bayswater Steers and when I called them they told me that they only received an order for the following: 1. 1/4 Chicken for R75.90 And that I should call Uber, when i phone that number that Chisom called me using, tells me that I cannot be connected

So can I please be refunded my money for the Big Bacon King Steer Burger for R104.90 this run around is wasting my time and resources
