Short served by Baglios Montecasino on Ubereats

I ordered 2 x 500ml ice cream tubs from Baglios in Montecasino last evening. They sent me 2 x 240ml tubs and Ubereats charged me the full amount. I haven’t had any response to my complaint from Ubereats in more than 11 hours. Also did not have the phone number for Baglios to speak to them about it.
