Shoddy, thieving Uber Drivers. Terrible Customer Service from uber

I ordered a meal to the amount of R60.00 from KFC Sunninghill and gave the driver R100.00, he then said to me he does not have change and that he would then go to the garage and come back with my R30.00 change. That was over 2 hours ago. I am still waiting. When I call the KFC, I was told to report the matter to Uber, which I did, but I still have not received assistance.
