Shockingly bad service from UberEats

An order by UberEats last night was horrible. It took 90 minutes from when I ordered the food, for it to be delivered eventually. I tried to cancel the order, but UE refused to accept the cancellation. The food was cold, the drinks were hot and the ice melted and the cups even became soggy.
