SHOCKING SERVICE UBER EATS DRIVER

This review is actually about a driver & not the Uber Eats service itself. I am currently very ill in hospital & my husband thought it would be good to send me some good food via Uber Eats.He ordered a nice meal which was to be delivered by Precious Lyson of Uber Eats. This driver pulls up outside the hospital building on the side of the road & demands that I, the patient, come down to where he is to fetch the when my husband explained that I am a patient I'm the hospital & he would need to go to reception his response was that he has other deliveries & if the food is not collected immediately he would leave it on the side of the road & drive away!! As sick as I am I got out of my bed & went to my ward reception to look for him, I tried calling him several times all of which he declined to answer. He was disgustingly rude, impolite & quite frankly should be fired for his behaviour!! There are far too many decent people on our country who possess basic manners & deserves the job that he surely does not care for!!! This was our 1st.experience with Uber Eats & will certainly be our last!! Shocking that we have people like this in the service industry!! Precious Lyson... remember the name & never support him!
