Shocking service or non delivery.

27 01 22 Placed order at 4:15 pm, paid and awaited delivery between 6:30 and 7pm. at 6:42pm got a reversal from the bank and a notification from Uber eats that they were unable to deliver my order. I had to then go to Steers and challenged them as to what happened and they said they never see drivers from Uber eats coming to collect so they have no ide what went wrong. Not their fault they say but I will take up with their head office as well. Burnt once by Uber eats will never use them again. Mr Delivery is next option or Steers themselves. Incidentally price was higher from Uber eats than over the counter without add on's.
