Shocking service, non delivery of food

Ordered R740.29 worth of food. Driver has not arrived 2.5 hours later. Not answering calls or messages. Can’t get hold if Uber eats customer service. Restaurant even closed already so the only answer here is that the driver stole our food! We even left a tip for him on our bill. I want all my money back and the driver needs to be fired!
