Shocking service and force majeure

It is sad that as a client cannot comment anywhere with regards to their unhappiness with the service. I cancelled my order within 5min of placing same as I noticed the delivery address was incorrect, they did cancel my order but subsequent a 100% penalty fee was levied.

I guess all my future orders will be "cash" orders to avoid this force majeure attitude.
