SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

I have ordered a meal from a restaurant worth R215. According to them they have delivered it, however I have no calls on my mobile phone, no calls from my guard house and the photo of the doorstep is not even matching any of the houses in my complex. I have been at my house the entire time from the order, yet they will not give a refund. This is absolutely SHOCKING, considering the fees that they charge.
