Shocking service

Each time I order food on the uber eats app, there is a significant delay. Every time I query with support they blame the restaurant. After phoning the restaurant and collecting the order myself, it became clear that uber eats had no one to collect my order and had been lying to me. Clearly the business model is faulty.
