Shocking service

Ordered food from them. 2 hours after ordering still hadn’t come. No phone number to phone them. Used the live chat and they hid behind their terms and conditions saying the delivery time is a guideline. Food had been ready at the restaurant for 90 minutes waiting for an Uber driver. They did me a “huge favour” allowing me to cancel the order! Yet to receive the refund! I would avoid them. Much better more reliable options like Mr D.
