Shocking service

I placed an order yesterday which was never delivered, though the app confirms it was delivered. The driver contacted me once to say the security wont let him in. I went to the securities who told me they did not let him in because he did not have a drivers license, those are the rules. He turned back with my food without leaving it at security. I logged a query and uber eats says query is resolved, though it us not. I would not be complaining if i received my food.
