Shocking Customer Service!

I ordered a delivery on Thursday last week and I was extremely disappointed in the manner in which my order was handled.

Firstly the driver was almosr 12 minutes later than the expected arrival time, my drink was half full and something else entirely (I am 100% certain the driver replaced my drink he with orange juice and not mountain dew! and the cup was filthy when handed to me!!!) the food was stone cold, the driver was rude and kept made me come and find him (on top of him being physically extremely unhygienic- the stench coming from him was so bad that other people around us were gagging!!

I complained to Uber Eats and out of the whole R82 I only got refunded R6!! *** this is the first time I have dealt with sch unprofessionalism and lack of help, absolutely shocking service !!!!
